About
Hello!
I am a certified NASM Personal Trainer with expertise in corrective exercise techniques. In simpler terms, I can fix your posture problems caused by muscle imbalances in a more permanent way than a chiropractor can. Corrective exercise is like a physical makeover rather than a simple adjustment.
I founded Liz's Family Fitness to provide in-home personal training for busy professional women, moms, and retired women who want to improve their physical and mental well-being. My training programs cover a wide range of fitness goals such as weight loss, general wellness, muscle development, and cardiovascular fitness.
As a professional and a mother myself, I understand the unique challenges and responsibilities that come with these roles. That's why I create personalized workout plans that can fit into even the busiest schedules. My ultimate goal is to help my clients build strength, increase their energy levels, and feel confident in their own skin. I offer a supportive and non-judgmental approach and will be by your side every step of the way as you work towards achieving your fitness goals.
Let's work together to make a healthier, happier you!

Equipment
Free Weights: recruits more of the body’s stabilization muscles, leading to improvements in strength, power, and coordination.
Bands and tubing: an alternative to free weights that offers assistance for clients with less stability and a more limited range of motion.
Stability Ball(s): they allow for a greater range-of-motion during core stabilization exercises.
Weight bench: it’s versatile and stable. Can be used for resistance training, body weight training, plyometric training, and even cardio!
Foam Roller: helps relieve muscle soreness and tightness while contributing to improved flexibility.
Using less exercise equipment can make exercise feel more accessible. Furthermore, creating your own in-home gym environment is cheaper and takes up less space. These conveniences lead to greater adherence and self-efficacy.
